Global Omnium’s Innovation & Drinking Water department proudly presented the LIFE TURBINES project at the first-ever European Young Water Professionals (YWP) Conference, held from June 16 to 19, 2024, in Copenhagen. Organized by Young Water Professionals Denmark (YWPDK), the conference brought together over 150 emerging leaders in the water sector from across Europe.
During the conference, Global Omnium’s team engaged with young professionals through interactive sessions and discussions, highlighting the project’s objectives and progress. The presentation emphasized the potential of digital technologies in optimizing water management and energy recovery processes, aligning with the conference’s focus on innovation and sustainability in the water sector.
The YWP European Conference 2024 provided a platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and collaboration among young water professionals. Participants engaged in technical workshops, panel discussions, and soft skills activities, fostering a community dedicated to shaping the future of water management in Europe.
