Brussels, June 2025 — The LIFE TURBINES project is proud to have been selected as a finalist in the Innovation category of the European Sustainable Energy Awards 2025, held in Brussels during the European Sustainable Energy Week. This recognition places LIFE TURBINES among the most impactful and forward-looking energy initiatives currently shaping Europe’s sustainable future.
Although the project did not win the award, being shortlisted at the final stage represents a significant achievement and a testament to the relevance of our mission: harnessing smart hydropower to make urban water networks part of the clean energy transition.
